2 days! Insane crowds and crazed RC and car, plane and bike fans! With thanks to CINEMA VEHICLES for bringin’ in the my STREET TUNER CHALLENGE MINI and FLINTSTONES MOBILE, (Chris and Mike!) we met all kinds of great people including passionate families and kids like Evan Medina. Hung out with John Schultz and the boys from HPI RACING, SuperSuperModel MARY RILEY, The Kyosho Girl and hundreds of others. Whoa!

People spent the day racing cool RC Cars, Tanks, Planes, Rockets and had a great time.  The STC MINI was a big hit, thousands having seen the show which is currently airing on SPEED for the fourth time!! Whoa2!

It’s a humbling experience to see the passion embodied by all these people. All positive, hanging with their kids and friends and spreading the enthusiasm. Appreciation goes out to Show Promoter, Warren Lucas for doing such a great job and my thanks and gratitude goes out to all who paid me a visit!!

  1. Flywheel Says:

Man o’ Man , this is a way Cool Show to see !
Cool to see some of your Work, being displayed
at the show , and that RC marketing 101 – Fast Tunes of yours is like a RC party on wheels .
Remember those electric slot cars back in the
day , that you could jazz up with tiny slick’s
and extra windings in electic motors , and set
out to the local Mall and in some dept. stores ,
they would set up a race track in the store, in
toy dept. and let the kids bring in there
now Modified slot cars to compete with other’s,
for cool swag stuff. Back in the early days
of RC-Planes they had Dog Fights ,a ribbon
tied to the tail , you go up and try to chew-up
all competitors ribbons . The consumer market
was in place years ago for RC cars, planes, boats.
Even in over seas back in the day some small
towns would set-up RC Tracks with hay bales
Marking out track lay-out and have a high
vantage point for looking over track for the RC competitors . but that was when RC was still in it’s infancy. Now RC is bigger than ever , Cool..
With all the exciting accessories that you
can get now makes me wonder ,what took so long
to get this sport, jumped started again ???
But I have to say that the RCX show also
had some extra FINE Looking women checking out
    the show, + 10 …
