Great show in Pasadena over the weekend. Had a chance to hang with some greats including host Dave Kunz, Chevrolet Designer Tom Peters, Honda Chief Designer Dave Marek (above) and of course, the Jaymeister. Saw some incredible cars and brought back some great memories of going to school there back in the 80’s. Check out these awesome rides.. amounting to about a billion dollars worth.

THE BLACK HOLE, Bewitched, Monsters & NEW CAR SHOW SAFARI!

Good morning and WELCOME TO AUTOMOTIVE POP CULTURE DAILY! Why drink out of a boring old Mug when you can snag ROBOTS with this great NEW ART of MAXIMILLIAN from the Disney Classic, THE BLACK HOLE! Yes, back when NEW IDEAS were flourishing and took us to the edge of the Universe! Check out the Coolness IN THE GARAGE NOW!

DID YOU KNOW?? The music for the film was composed by John Barry. With a production budget of $20 million, plus another $6 million for advertising, it was at the time the most expensive picture ever produced by Disney. In the early 1970s, the film was initially conceived as a space-themed disaster film, but many fans consider “The Black Hole” to be an unofficial spin-off of “Star Wars” because both stories took place in space and feature droids. The film had a record opening weekend for Disney, grossing $4.7 million from 889 theaters, and it earned $35.8 million in the United States and Canada. The film featured actors like Ernest Borgnine, Maximilian Schell, Robert Forster, and Yvette Mimieux.

And meanwhile, on PLANET FIREBALL… The Ball meets up with buddy and Executive Creative Director for Acura DAVE MAREK at the Honda/Acura Museum, PLUS, hits the Fuel for Life show to plop in a tiny CLASSIC FIAT 500! And WHEELS & WAVES is this weekend!! Don’t miss the Birthday Celebration!

FEATURED ART! Today, it’s the SEMI from BJ & THE BEAR as a MASTERPRINT and the Official Vintage BEWITCHED Character Mug! CLICK ‘EM and then get ta slurpin’ coolness! PLUS, an Evil Pumpkinhead Concept Art for the film THE LAST HALLOWEEN and the MINI PURSUIT for Speed Channel’s STREET TUNER CHALLENGE!

Fireball’s Next Coloring Book is EUROPEAN CARS, but DID YOU NOW that he does CUSTOM-BRANDED COLORING BOOKS, too? Do you have a STORE, MUSEUM, ZOO, AQUARIUM or COOL BUSINESS? Imagine having your own CUSTOM COLORING BOOK! REACH OUT to Fireball to find out how!

BRADY, Heisenberg, Keanu, Ye, Furious, Starsky & EMMA PEEL!

Welcome to AUTOMOTIVE POP CULTURE DAILY!! Where Hollywood and CARS IGNITE! And today being Tuesday, let’s blow the popstand with four epic Fireball MASTERPRINTS starting with THE BRADY WAGON, THE HEISENBERG METH RV & BACK TO THE FUTURE DELOREAN AND POLICE CAR!!

DID YOU KNOW?? The sliding glass door in the back of the Brady house didn’t actually have glass in it! It was just put on the sliders to prevent glare while filming. Barry Williams, Maureen McCormick, Chris Knight, Eve Plum, and Susan Olsen dated each other while filming the show. (Not all the same time, yo.) In the 1970s, when The Brady Bunch first aired, networks considered it crude to show a toilet bowl on screen. “Oh, crap!”

Also in today’s BRADYLICIOUS BLAST… The next Fireball JOHN WICK Sketch will be THE 1970 CHEVELLE, original CATWOMAN JULIE NEWMAR, Fireball with KANYE WEST (YE) and Acura’s DAVE MAREK… and the crew in Hollywood for a private screening with the amazing JOSH BROLIN!

Today’s COOL CARS launch with Fireball driving Dom’s original FAST & FURIOUS CHARGER around Burbank, Custom Car builder JOSHUA JORDAN, Fireball in the CHEVELLE from the film FASTER with Dwayne Johnson and scootin’ a FERRARI 430 through the 805!

Have you started your HOLLYWOOD CAR MUG COLLECTION yet?? Grab this STARSKY & HUTCH MUG and our team will dance a 70’s jig naked!! (I haven’t talked to them about that yet, but I’m sure they’ll do it…) And lasty… a great BEHIND THE SCENES shot of DIANA RIGG as EMMA PEEL in the original AVENGERS!

Today’s BEST OF SHOW scoots Fireball into BUILDING 6 at The 2025 GRAND NATIONAL ROADSTER SHOW!! WATCH BELOW or on YOUTUBE!!!

NEW JOHN WICK, Ghosts, Vader & new CAR SHOW SAFARI Episode!

Welcome to AUTOMOTIVE POP CULTURE DAILY!! Not only do we have a new SAFARI EPISODE, but Fireball has busted out a NEW JOHN WICK MUSTANG BOSS 429 MASTERPRINT!! Super badass and now available on MUGS & TEES too!!!

DID YOU KNOW?? The Mustang is actually a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1, but it’s called a Boss 429 in the movie. Although it’s described at “HITMAN GRAY,” there are times where it’s GREEN too! We think it looks better in green also… But maybe Fireball should do a gray version!

Also in today’s BLOODFEST BLAST… Fireball Car Show Celebs include “Chop, Cut, Rebuild’s” DAN WOODS, Pinstriper JEFF STYLES & Acura Creative Director DAVE MAREK! Plus, Fireball’s early vintage Concepts for the film GHOST IN THE MACHINE, a snap with the Hot Wheels Vader Car, DARK DRAGON TACOMA MASTERPRINT done with incredible Illustrator HEATHER EDWARDS, WHEELS & WAVES is this Sunday and a Tryptic of super coolness… THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E., THE CRAWLING EYE & TIKI POP! All available in the Garage Store!

Lastly, Fireball and Tommy are back for another episode of CAR SHOW SAFARI!! This week, they talk Saturday’s GRAND NATIONALS, Sunday’s WHEELS & WAVES, Bacon Soda, Shots & a Gilligan Crotch Attack! WATCH and PLEASE SHARE!!

FURIOUS GREEN, Celebs, Hollywood Rides, Art & the BLUES!

We all know that getting MAD ain’t GOOD. Especially when it comes to Automotive Pop Culture… But being FAST & FURIOUS is a whole ‘nuther story! So Fireball sketched up this HOT MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE as a Commission for a Fan and now… GREEN is FURIOUS! Check it out in the Garage and get Fireball to do YOUR FAV too!

DID YOU KNOW?? 78 cars were wrecked in making the movie. One of the stunts wasn’t real, though. When Brian and Dom are racing across the train track as a train bears down on them, the two cars driving across the track and the train were shot separately. PLUS… The HONDA S2000 driven by Devon Aoki’s ‘Suki’ might not look familiar as underneath that coat of pink paint sits the exact same car piloted by Rick Yule’s Johnny Tran in The Fast and the Furious.

Also in today’s BLAST… Fireball snaps with John Paul DeGoria of PAUL MITCHELL who was driving a sick BLACK COBRA to WHEELS AND WAVES and buddy DAVE MAREK who is ACURA’s Executive Creative Director at Honda R&D. And a lover of all things JAPANESE and BEER!

PLUS, Blade Runner SPINNER SCHEMATICS, Fireball with the Bike they built for the 2011 “PRIEST” film, a stunning FERRARI 250SWB MASTERPRINT (Available NOW!), the REAL Dynamic Duo BLUES BROTHERS atop the BLUESMOBILE and GEEZUP’s Gregg Ovist snags a MAGNUS WALKER 277 Fireball SKETCH!

Today’s EPISODE features a CLASSIC PONTIAC SILVERSTREAK BOMB spotted at Inglis Classics! WATCH!

DUEL TRUCK, Roth Rod , Bandit One, American Muscle & Aliens!

Scary is the theme as we get closer to HALLOWEEN, but today launches an absolute icon of creepiness with Fireball’s DUEL TRUCK MASTERPRINT!! Scare your friends outta your Garage, Home of Shop with this awesome rusted behemoth MOVIE CAR ART along with MUGS & TEES! Hit the GARAGE NOW!

DID YOU KNOW?? Spielberg praised how the truck was handled in an exceptionally safe manner by 50 year old stunt driver Carey Loftin. Although it appears the truck is driving at a recklessly unsafe speed along the winding California roads, it is actually not going more than 30 mph! Only one truck was used while filming the original TV movie, which was famously destroyed when it plunged off a cliff at the end. But after Duel aired on TV, Universal wanted to release it in theaters, and 74 minutes was too short for a theatrical release, so additional scenes were filmed.

Also in today Coolness Blast… Fireball does up an ED ROTH MONSTER CLASSIC HOT ROD SKETCH, does snap time with KANYE WEST (YE) and Acura’s DAVE MAREK, finally launches the ALL-AMERICAN CLASSIC CAMARO MASTERPRINT and explores the original cast of ALIENS! Check out the APC TANK!

And finally, today’s BEST OF SHOW Episode features BANDIT ONE, rested and relaxed, but poised for a Moonshine Run like no other… “I’m Gonna Call you FROG, ’cause I kinda wanna Jump Ya…”
