BONUS SKETCH! Bosozoku Celica, Mini 220, Diecast & EMERGENCY

I get to SKETCH  a lot of cool cars like HiroK’s BOSOZOKU Celica GT you see here. The cooler the BETTER, I always say. But I’m so grateful when someone reaches out and hires me to whip-snap their ride and it results in 5 cars for SEMA and a crap load of others coming!

But each say is a GIFT and getting to SKETCH Concept Art for you guys and for Movies is the BEST! So today, along with Hiro’s ride comes the all-new MINI 220. A concept, that although didn’t get built in my shop, made it into the GARAGE for you guys who love the Coops. All my MINIS were fast and a little scary, but this one will only chill on your wall and look badass. So no worries.

Also found this VINTAGE BALL of me doin’ the Diecast thing in 1973 with some Corgi’s and Dinkys! You can’t really see it, but in the upper right corner was a massive close-up photo of HARPO MARX laughing. I woke up to the picture for YEARS! No wonder I love havin’ a good time!

And… a word of CAUTION. The latest EMERGENCY CANVAS PRINT just launched this morning may cause severe coolness in you world. So BEWARE. This is my Official Disclaimer as I don’t want your head to POP OFF when someone enters your crib and starts flippin’ the wild weenie. They may… and you’ll have to handle it.

Today’s CUSTOM ELDORADO SKETCH is BIG, BOLD & BEAUTIFUL…

In the late 1960s, Mattel revolutionized the diecast car industry with the introduction of Hot Wheels Redlines and this CUSTOM ELDORADO. Among the most iconic designs was the “Sweet Sixteen,” a collection of sixteen cars released in 1968 in SPECTRAFLAME Colors. These cars… with their vibrant colors, sleek designs, and signature red-line wheels, captured the hearts of collectors and enthusiasts alike.

One standout from this collection for me was the CUSTOM ELDORADO. Modeled after the classic Cadillac Eldorado, this car epitomized the fusion of cutting-edge design with classic automotive aesthetics. Its low-slung body, elongated hood, and intricate detailing paid homage to the luxury and style of its real-life counterpart, connecting with car culture then and now. It was big, bold and beautiful.

Today, we celebrate BIG with Fireball’s 12×12 CUSTOM CAR ART of the Eldo as he builds his line of Sweet Sixteen SKETCHES! Check out what’s in the Garage and make a SUGGESTION for the next one!

But the Custom Eldorado wasn’t just a toy; it was a miniature masterpiece that embodied the spirit of American automotive innovation. Its popularity among collectors endures to this day, serving as a testament to the timeless appeal of Hot Wheels Redlines and their ability to evoke nostalgia for an era of automotive excellence.

As the automotive landscape continues to evolve, the CUSTOM ELDORADO remains a symbol of craftsmanship and creativity, reminding us of the enduring allure of classic cars and the role they play in shaping our cultural identity.

DID YOU KNOW?? Known as America’s “Personal Luxury Car,” this 1968 Cadillac Eldorado Fleetwood coupe was designed by Bill Mitchell and is an example of the 24,528 produced for the 1968 model year.

How Fireball HOT WHEELS were LOST forever…

Due to unforeseen circumstances and sibling rivalry, MY HOT WHEELS WERE SOLD in 1977. Nothing more painful for a kid than when you find out that ALL your Hot Wheels were sold at a family Garage Sale, but it happened. (I’m sure there are other more painful things that happen to kids, but you get my point.) It was bad…

My Collection included many FIRST EDITION REDLINES from 1968-1975. Cars that are worth a fortune now. And ever since then, I’d pick one up… only to sell it later. And I realized that the ONLY Diecast worth Collecting for me was FILM & TV CARS. It’s my passion, my drive… and actually my JOB as I’ve gotten to design many cars in film on many movies and TV Shows.

But now… I GET TO SKETCH THEM TOO! So today, we celebrate more DIECAST with this NEW HOT WHEELS SILHOUETTE Canvas Piece IN THE GARAGE! And as I write this, my phone just dingled and a young enthusiast in ILLINOIS just bought a JONNY QUEST Mug outta the store. Another example of connecting with nostalgia that gave us a GOOD FEELING. Thus, the LAW OF ATTRACTION constantly at work. GIVE GOOD, GET GOOD. Keep it up, people!

As always, 10% of everything IN THE GARAGE and in our EBAY STORE goes to DOG RESCUES!

The REAL POWER behind SKETCHING AWESOME HOT WHEELS…

In the realm of DIECAST CAR enthusiasts, there exists a fervent passion for Hot Wheels, transcending mere toys to become cherished collectibles. Among these, the TWIN MILL stands as a shining GOLD example of automotive craftsmanship, igniting the flames of fascination among collectors worldwide. Beyond its metal chassis and intricate details lies a deeper and cooler allure, intertwined with the mystical LAW OF ATTRACTION.

At first glance, the Twin Mill is a masterpiece of design, boasting a sleek, futuristic coat that captivates the eye. Its twin engines busting from the hood evoke a sense of power and speed. But the true magic, like all diecast lies in the stories they weave and the connections they foster.

The Twin Mill Phenomenon…

Collectors are drawn to the Twin Mill not just for its aesthetic appeal, but for the memories it invokes. For many, it evokes nostalgia, transporting them back to their childhood days spent racing diecast cars across makeshift tracks. Others are enamored by its rarity, understanding that owning such a prized piece adds prestige to their collection. Yup.

Yet, there’s a deeper dimension to the allure of collecting Diecast Hot Wheels, one that transcends the physical realm. It’s the Law of Attraction at play—the belief that like attracts like. As collectors immerse themselves in the world of Hot Wheels, their passion intensifies, drawing them deeper into the community of enthusiasts.

Through social media groups, forums, and collectors events, individuals with a shared love for Diecast Cars converge, forming bonds that go beyond mere hobbyists and to build concrete bonds. They exchange stories, share tips for finding rare pieces, and celebrate each new addition to their collections. In this shared space, the energy of passion is palpable, fueling a continuous cycle of attraction.

Today’s TWIN MILL SKETCH serves as a focal point for this magnetic force, attracting collectors who are drawn to its mystique and allure. As enthusiasts immerse themselves in the world of Diecast Hot Wheels, their passion grows exponentially, guided by the invisible threads of the Law of Attraction. For some, completely UNAWARE of it’s workings.

In the end, the value of collecting Diecast Hot Wheels goes beyond monetary worth—it’s about the connections forged, the memories cherished, and the joy of pursuing a shared passion. And at the heart of it all lies the Twin Mill, a symbol of the limitless possibilities that await those who dare to dream and believe in the POWER of ATTRACTION.
