THUNDERBIRD 2 explores silently into the Fireball Tim Garage

Were you a fan of THE THUNDERBIRDS?? Isn’t it time to bring in back in a big way? There was a film with Bill Paxton and directed by Jonathan Frakes (Check us out below on set for CLOCKSTOPPERS!) in 2004 that was done well and one of my favorite ships was the THUNDERBIRD 2. I didn’t get a chance to work on this one, but it was super cool and the ships were originally designed for the Gerry Andersen British TV Show in 1965. Yes, the year of the Fireball!

DID YOU KNOW?? “Set between 2065 and 2067, Thunderbirds follows the exploits of the Tracy family headed by American industrialist and ex-astronaut JEFF TRACY. Jeff is a widower with five adult sons. The Tracys make up International Rescue, a secret organization founded to save human life. They are aided in this mission by technologically advanced land, sea, air and space vehicles that are called into service when conventional rescue methods prove ineffective. The most important of these vehicles are the five “Thunderbird Machines”, each assigned to one of the five Tracy brothers.” And boy, were they cool.
