Today’s Automotive Inspiration… CAUSE first, then EFFECT

It’s hard to understand. We look at ACTIONS as being the cause of things, then the effects come from it. But Actions are the result of our THOUGHTS. The cause is always the THOUGHT first. Then, you do the action based on the idea you get.

Thought >> Action >> Effect. It’s as simple as that.

So, the point is… If you think badly, your actions will result in poor choices, therefore, bad EFFECTS.

Then you say, “Well, Fireball! What do I do?” Well, I’m glad you asked…

All you have to do is choose good thoughts and do THE RIGHT THING. And “The Right Thing” is always surrounded in love.

The more you practice, the more you’ll interject love into everything you do. For example, my personal policy is that I wouldn’t say anything about someone that I wouldn’t say to their face. It’s very easy to talk badly about someone when they aren’t there.

CAUSE: A neighbor the other night decided at 1am that she was going to tow a car that was partially blocking her garage door. (Her thought resulted in the decision to do this) So she called the cops and a tow truck.

She didn’t need the spot as she was just sitting on her balcony with friends having wine. A lot of wine… and she was just irritated. (BAD THOUGHTS) What she didn’t care about was that the car belonged to the neighbor across the street, which she knew but didn’t want to wait until morning.

A very gentle man who came home sick at midnight with no place to park and intended to move it first thing in the morning so he could go straight back to work. But she didn’t bank on the effect of her selfish thoughts…

EFFECT: The entire neighborhood awoke to the sound of police, a tow truck and her yelling.

All because she couldn’t wait ’til morning to take action or… JUST LET IT GO. IF, there was any action to take. She wanted that truck gone NOW.

I awoke at 1:30am, dogs barking, saw what was happening and went across the street to tell the man that he better move. A ticket and a tow would have been over $600. He was sick with the flu as well but moved it despite that. My thoughts were based in LOVE.

A week later, the woman he lived with brought me a huge basket of chocolate in thanks. Informed me that had he lost his truck, he would not only not been able to afford to get it back, but he wouldn’t be able to go to work or pick up his kids from school. And he loves his kids.

Now, you may say… that he shouldn’t have parked there and he deserved it. Maybe. But I say… our thoughts decide whether something is a mountain or a mole hill. Looking out for each other brings peace and happiness. What we all strive to have in our lives. You have to choose wisely if you want a life of good.

Do good things for people and good comes to you. Try and practice this today by opening the way for people. You’ll be happy that you did.

Oh, and the neighbor that made all the fuss? She was forced to move due to a severe financial crisis. EFFECT.
